An oil filtration machine removes moisture, gases, and particulate contamination from transformer oil to restore its dielectric strength. An oil regeneration plant goes further, using adsorbent media to remove dissolved acids and oxidation by-products, restoring aged oil closer to its original condition.

VPI is a process used to impregnate electrical windings, such as motor and transformer coils, with insulating resin under vacuum and pressure, ensuring the resin fully penetrates the windings for improved electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and mechanical strength.
Our transformer oil filter machines are available in capacities ranging from 200 LPH to 18,000 LPH, suitable for small distribution transformers as well as large power transformers.
This depends on the transformer's operating conditions and oil test results, such as BDV and moisture content, but periodic oil testing is generally recommended as part of routine transformer maintenance. Our team can advise on filtration schedules based on your test results.
